Refund policy
All of our hardware has a five year warranty.
If you have a faulty unit please return it to us, we will test the unit and either repair it or replace it and have it on the courier to you within 3 business days of receiving it.

RealGPStracking will accept returned product where:
- The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality, or
- The product is not fit for the purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or description.
Unfortunately, we do not refund for incorrect choice. Exchanges are done at the expense of the customer.
If the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above.
We will take action, within a reasonable time, to correct any error or inaccuracy on our website or in our promotional material which is brought to our attention.
